You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your shipment, including but not limited to the contents, value, and destination. We reserve the right to inspect any shipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any items that are prohibited by law or by our policies. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
- Hazardous materials not properly declared and packaged
- Counterfeit goods
- Human remains
- Live animals (except as permitted by our specialized shipping services)
- Perishable goods not properly packaged
- Cash, currency, and negotiable instruments
We reserve the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any shipment containing prohibited items, at our sole discretion and at your expense.
6. Pricing and Payment
The prices for our Services are as stated on our website or mobile application at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on factors such as shipping distance, package dimensions, weight, service level, and additional services requested.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our Services. Payment must be made at the time of booking unless you have established a business account with approved credit terms.
7. Delivery and Liability
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments within the estimated delivery timeframes, but we do not guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, customs clearance, and recipient availability.
Our liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited as set forth in our Shipping Terms and Conditions.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
